Joe and Christina were officially engaged this past weekend, with a traditional Vietnamese engagement ceremony. Joe, and his family, arrived early in the morning at the house of Christina's parents. Bearing gifts as they came, he asked her family for her hand in marriage. Christina received her breath taking ring, and formal family introductions occurred between the two. After whisking his bride-to-be away, everyone gathered together to celebrated the forth coming nuptials, with a wonderful feast.
Congratulations Joe and Christina! I can't wait to celebrate more on your wedding day next year.
